Step One: Apply
To apply for a KAPS Institute of Management Course, complete the International Student Student Application Form (PDF) Download Adobe Reader.
Complete all sections of this form including the declaration before lodging this form.
Attach all certified copies of documents to International Admissions, KAPS Institute of Management, GPO Box 5457, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 3001. This will help to speed up the application process.
Step Two: Assessment of your application
KAPS will assess your application when it is received and advise you of the outcome in a few days.
If your application is successful you will be given a Letter of Offer.
Your offer maybe a conditional offer or a unconditional (full) offer.
You will also receive an Acceptance of Offer and Payment form. Instructions on how to accept your offer are provided in the offer package.
If it is a conditional offer, simply provide the documents necessary and it will be converted to a full offer. Submit these documents as soon as possible to avoid further delays. Remember to contact us at any stage if you require assistance Contact Us.
Step Three: Accept your offer
To accept your offer, complete the Acceptance of Offer and Payment form and return it with the required payment.
Payment includes the initial tuition fee deposit and Overseas Student Health Cover.
Students from level 3 and 4 countries must submit a copy of their pre-visa application with the acceptance form.

Step Four: Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment
An electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCoE) is required to obtain a student visa.
KAPS will issue you with an eCoE once your Acceptance of Offer and Payment form, OSHC and tuition fees and pre-visa application (if applicable) are received.
Step Five: Apply for your student visa
- Take your eCoE to your nearest diplomatic mission or Australian embassy
- Carefully check visa requirements for your course. These include
- Country assessment level
- Education subclass
- Financial, health or other requirements
