Once you have arrived in Australia, it is important to enroll and attend orientation sessions. Attendance at Orientation is compulsory.
When enrolling, please ensure you bring the following documents:
- Letter of Offer
- Electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCoE)
- Passport with valid student visa
- Original transcript of academic results and IELTS score
- Passport photo.
You Student ID will be issued at enrolment.
Orientation is a celebration of new beginnings and is vital in providing you with an overview of the services and support systems available to you, as well as explaining legislative obligations related to your student visa. The Orientation program provides essential information which can assist you to transition easily into life and study in a foreign country. The Orientation program is a formal welcome and covers the following information:
- Opportunity to meet and make new friends
- Tour of facilities on campus and facilities close by.
- Course information including timetables, teaching and learning methods, assessments
- Student Support Services and an introduction to staff and their roles in assisting you
- Understanding of important policies in relation to your student visa conditions
- Special sessions with guest speakers to assist you with accommodation, safety and health matters
- Social activities
